In this course, we will introduce a number of coaching models, techniques and approaches. A lot of what is described is theory with practice guidelines. It is nearly impossible to master all the techniques but it is useful to know about them and possibly prepare to apply them where necessary. In our opinion, every coach needs to master at least one approach and the art of the coaching conversation. The combination of these plus the preferred tools and techniques used, form the basis of the coach’s philosophy and differentiates him or her from other coaches.
